Use and precautions of film switches and film panels

Usage:

1. Clean the surface of the membrane switch to be fitted (the surface shall be flat, rust-free, oil-free and dust-free);

2. Compare the size (put the film switch on the place to be pasted, and compare whether the size position is right);

3. Remove about 10mm centrifuge paper from the bottom of the membrane switch from the side

4. Then put the film switch in the corresponding position and paste a part of it, then slowly tear off the remaining centrifugal paper (the Angle cannot exceed 15 degrees), and then paste it in the corresponding position in turn.

5. In the process of pasting, if the film switch of the opposite centrifugal paper needs to be placed first, it should be placed on the opposite side to prevent other objects from affecting the pasting;

Points for attention:

1. Pasting cannot be repeated and needs to be completed once;

2. Tear Angle should not exceed 15 degrees;

3. When trying to press the feel, be sure to put it flat on the table and press again. Do not hold in the hand in the air press, otherwise it will affect the service life of the film switch.
